Return and Refund Policy

By placing an order with D9 Standard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

We stand behind everything we produce. If there is a defect or error on our end, we will make it right with a replacement at no cost to you.

Because every item is made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to customer error such as incorrect size, design, or color selection. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and photography lighting. Please allow for up to a 20% difference between product images and the item you receive.

RETURNS

We accept returns only for items that were damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part. All returns must include proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected].

REFUNDS

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

If you have not seen your refund after 5 business days, check with your bank or credit card company before reaching out to us. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected].

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced. Email us at [email protected] with your claim and our team will review it. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

SUBMITTING A CLAIM

To process any return, exchange, or replacement, we require photographic evidence. Claims submitted without the required photos cannot be processed.

Wrong item received: Please send a photo of the item you received and a photo of the shipping label.

Size issue: Please send a photo of the item, a photo of the item measured with a ruler, and a photo of the shipping label.

Damaged item: Please send a photo of the damage and a photo of the shipping label.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, your order enters production and can no longer be changed. To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number and requested change.

A transaction and management fee of 1.5% of your order total applies to all cancellations. Full refunds are only issued when switching to a new order. Once a new order is placed, the original order is automatically cancelled and refunded in full.
