Orders and Shipping

Every item is made-to-order, so please allow 5-10 business days for production plus 5-10 business days for shipping within North America. International orders may take 12-20 business days total. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Click “Account” in the top navigation and select “Create Account.” Enter your name, email address, and a password. Having an account makes it easier to track orders and manage your information.

If your order was placed within the last 12 hours, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the correct address. After 12 hours, your order enters production and we may not be able to make changes.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package. If you haven’t received tracking information within 15 business days, reach out to us at [email protected].

No. D9 Standard does not store your credit card information. All payment data is encrypted and processed securely through our payment provider.

Sales tax is applied where required by law based on your shipping address. Any applicable tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and many other countries worldwide. A full list of supported destinations is available on our Shipping page. If your country isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Not always. Depending on what you ordered, items may ship from different fulfillment locations and arrive in separate packages. This is normal — your full order is on its way.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

Because every item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer error such as wrong size or color selection. We do accept returns for items that are damaged or incorrect due to an error on our end. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

We’re sorry about that. Email us at [email protected] with a photo of the item you received and a photo of the shipping label. Once we verify the error, we’ll send a replacement at no charge.

Do not send anything back without contacting us first. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

The fastest way to reach us is by email at [email protected]. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days.

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the correct address. We can only update addresses within 12 hours of the order being placed. After that, the order is locked for production.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Email [email protected] with your order number and requested change as soon as possible. A 1.5% transaction fee applies to cancellations. After 12 hours, orders are locked and cannot be modified.

We don’t currently offer pre-orders, but popular items do come back. Follow us on social media or sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be the first to know when an item is available again.
