Every piece is made to order with care. Here’s what to expect after you place your order.

Order Received
Your order is confirmed and enters our production queue.

Printed, Cut & Sewn
Each piece is carefully printed, cut, and sewn to order. This takes 3–5 business days.

Shipped
Your order is packed and handed to the carrier. Transit takes 5–7 business days.

Delivered
Your order arrives at your door. Total time: 8–12 business days.
Frequently Asked Questions
Since every item is cut and sewn to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 8–12 business days.
Your order number was included in your order confirmation email and starts with a # symbol. You can also find it in your account dashboard if you created an account during checkout.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier. This is typically within 3–5 business days of placing your order.
Carrier tracking can sometimes take 24–48 hours to update, especially during transit between facilities. If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 3 business days, please contact our support team and we’ll investigate right away.
Because each piece is made to order, we currently don’t offer expedited production. However, if you need your order by a specific date, reach out to us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
