• Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape horizontal.

• Sleeve: Measure from the center back of your neck, across the shoulder, and down to the wrist.

• Shoulder: Measure from the edge of one shoulder across to the other shoulder.

• Length: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
