PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES
Because your order is made just for you, there are two stages to getting it to your door: production and transit. Here’s what to expect:

Orders are produced Monday through Friday, Eastern Time. Federal holidays are excluded.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email with everything you need to follow your package. Tracking updates can take 5-7 business days to populate depending on the carrier.
No tracking info after 15 business days? Reach out to us and we’ll get to the bottom of it.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Depending on what you ordered, items may ship from different fulfillment locations and arrive separately. If your tracking shows one package delivered and you’re still waiting on another, that’s likely why.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS
All international orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). D9 Standard does not charge or collect customs fees or VAT. Any import duties or taxes assessed upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you’re unsure about your country’s import policies before placing your order.
Shipping to the EU? Since July 2021, all EU imports are subject to VAT regardless of order value. VAT is collected at checkout for EU orders. If customs requests a purchase invoice, contact us before responding.
